When is my card charged for the first time?
After the trial period expires. 14 days after signup your credit card will be charged for the first time and for the period indicated during sign-up.
Can we skip the trial period?
We can skip the trial period and send you a Scan&Go template before the trial period expires. To submit this request please send an email to support@exnp.com.
Are there any other charges?
There is only one subscription fee which can be canceled at any time. There are no hidden fees or long-term contracts. You can cancel any time you like.
Is the website search engine optimized?
Yes, it is. All web pages generated for PRO and PRO+ plans are search engine optimized.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. There are no long-term commitments required. You can cancel any time and there will be no more charges.
How can I change my store information?
To change store information you should log into your account and change the information there. If you click on ``save changes`` they will be effective immediately.
How do you know this is actually my store?
Part of the setup process is ownership validation. We will call you at your registered phone number which will be validated using other sources of information. If we are not sure that the request is valid, we will not proceed with setup.
Can I use my domain name?
Yes, you can. Redirect your URL to point to your website. If you do not have a URL, we encourage you to get one. Send us an email and we will provide additional assistance.
